Download estimates use a rank-based model. They are labeled EST and shown as a range. We never present a model output as a verified number. Treat all EST values as approximations, not facts.
Verified revenue numbers are read directly from the founder's billing source via encrypted read-only connections. Only aggregate metrics (MRR, 30-day revenue, active customers, units) are stored or displayed. No transaction-level data is ever stored.
Billing credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We only accept restricted or read-only keys — full-access keys are rejected. Revoking a connection deletes your stored credentials immediately. Deleting an app removes the app, all connections, and all snapshots.
Free tools use public endpoints only: iTunes Search API, iTunes Lookup API, and public RSS feeds. We never scrape Sensor Tower, data.ai, or any paywalled data source.
